I have decades of experience in estate litigation, as well as estate administration and estate planning.  I have trained many junior and senior solicitors in the art of estate litigation, conducting many family provision cases and solemn form probate cases.

In 2009, as a solicitor, I became an Accredited Specialist in Succession Law approved by the Queensland Law Society.

I am the ONLY barrister in Queensland who is an Estate Account Assessor, qualified and  approved by the Supreme Court under UCPR 657K to assess deceased estate accounts.
