SUCCESSION + FAMILY + COMMERCIAL + MEDIATION

My usual fees are currently $450 (plus GST) per hour or $2,700 (plus GST) per day.  Higher fees may apply for deferred or speculative cases. 

I usually charge a lower fee for matters in the Magistrates Court or QCAT.

For conducting a one-day mediation, my fees are currently $2,700 plus GST (including preparation).

I am happy to accept speculative and deferred-fee briefs.

I also accept Legal Aid briefs in family law cases (property or parenting, including s. 102NA) and domestic violence.

All fees shown on this page are subject to change without notice, and I may elect to offer or accept different fees in a particular case.  Only a properly accepted costs agreement is final and binding, subject to the terms of the costs agreement.
